We keep delivery and returns clear, simple and fair. All orders are dispatched from the UK, and you'll receive an order confirmation by email after checkout.

We currently ship to UK addresses only. All orders are dispatched from the UK within 5 working days of payment being received.
All orders are dispatched within 5 working days from the date of payment. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed.
Once dispatched, delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the courier. We are not liable for delays caused by third party couriers.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Free from odours, marks or damage
- Returned in their original packaging where possible
Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. To request a return, please contact us before sending anything back.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. We will offer a full replacement or refund and will cover return postage for faulty items.
Please include your order details and a photo of the issue when contacting us.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via PayPal.
We reserve the right to decline a refund if items are returned worn, damaged or outside the 14-day return window without prior agreement.
